A2. You work one-on-one with a professional tutor in a secure web environment using your existing computer, web browser and broadband Internet connection - no special equipment or software is needed. Using the virtual whiteboard workspace both you and your tutor can draw and write to share problems, solutions and explanations. The audio connection helps you to practice speaking English with the help of your tutor.

Q3. How will the course be conducted?

A3. Ours is a 100% tutor-led course. Our experienced tutors will help you understand the language of the Business World. You will have up to 10 hours of tutoring help and handholding. You will be able to access our well researched course content for six months.

Q4. Who will determine how I move forward in the course?

A4. The course is self paced. You determine when and how to move forward. Of course, there exists a template that will guide you how to move forward but ultimately you have to decide if you are ready to move ahead.

Q8. How is the continuity of tutors maintained? Will I be mentored by the same tutor
throughout the course?

A8. We have a concept called preferred tutor. You will be mentored by your preferred tutor throughout the currency of the course.
